Ashley Hunsaker
CEO
Ashley has over 19 years of experience in accounting and it is still her favorite part of her job. She also works daily to ensure that HTS exemplifies our core values. Ashley has four kids and enjoys camping with her family in their 24' camper. They have visited 7 states so far, with a goal of all 48 contiguous states. She also enjoys running and has successfully completed 4 half marathons and hopes to complete a full marathon in the future.

Jason Hunsaker
President
Jason has over 17 years of experience in engineering and before that 2 years in machining. Seeing as he isn't afraid to get his hands dirty, you might find him out in the shop occasionally aiding fellow workers in loading a part of advising in day-to-day engineering decisions. Jason has 4 kids and enjoys woodworking and working around the house.

Paul Engelman
V.P. of Customer Service
Paul has over 32 years of experience in sales, machining and grinding in the print, oil & gas, glass, power generation and mining industries; as well as general industrial experience. He also has 10 years of experience working with the aircraft industry. If you have a part that needs repair, Paul is the one who has the expertise and experience to get you headed in the right direction and get you back up and running. Paul and his wife, Cheryl, have 3 kids and 4 grandchildren. Paul enjoys spending time with his family and taking his wife on motorcycle trips around the country.

Greg Tochtrop
Sr. Process Engineer
Greg has over 10 years of experience in process engineering; working exclusively in the thermal spray industry. As senior process engineer, Greg works to find our best surface repair or enhancement solutions and works closely with our quality department to optimize the HTS production processes. Greg and his wife, Katie, have twins and are excited to be back in the St. Louis area. On the weekends you can find Greg hanging out with his family or working on a project.

Chris Hughes
Director of Operations
Chris has over 20 years of management experience in the industrial market. He started as a mechanic turning wrenches on vehicles and moved into management, never looking back. But he's still not afraid to get his hands dirty. He and his wife have three kids, two girls aged 2 and 13, and a boy aged 17. Chris gave his life to Christ in 2018 and serves on the tech and production team at his church. His hobbies include collecting and rebuilding watches, traveling with his family, and serving his community.

Christina Martin
Staff Accountant
Christina brings a wealth of experience and a diverse background in accounting and finance to our team. She and her husband have 1 daughter and a proud owner of several cats. Her nurturing spirit also shines through her commitment to helping others in her community.
