Terms of Service

These terms apply to use of the HTS Coatings website and to quote requests submitted through it. Formal contracts for coating, welding, machining, and repair work are governed by HTS Coatings' standard Terms and Conditions of Contract, which are provided with every quote and remain the authoritative agreement.

Website use. Content on this site is provided for general information. We make reasonable efforts to keep it current and accurate, but specifications, capabilities, and pricing can change without notice.

Quote requests. Submitting a quote request does not create a contract. A formal written quote from HTS Coatings — accepted by purchase order or written acceptance — establishes the commercial agreement. Descriptions of parts and problems you provide are used to scope the work; we may request additional information before quoting.

Confidentiality. We treat customer part drawings, photos, and process details as confidential. We do not publish customer-identifying work without written permission.

Limitations. HTS Coatings makes no warranty beyond what is specified in the signed quote or purchase order. Website content is not a binding warranty or performance guarantee.

Intellectual property. Site content, brand marks, and the BTHC-0005 coating designation are property of HTS Coatings, LLC.

Changes. These terms may be updated; the effective date appears at the bottom. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance.
