Join our HTS family

HTS Coatings is a family-owned business, always looking for qualified candidates to join our family.

HTS Coatings is a growing company that helps industrial manufacturers repair and prevent damage to their machine components caused by wear and corrosion. Our thermal spray, machining, grinding, and welding services apply metal coatings that extend the life of valve, turbine, and hydraulic components, and more. It's like spray painting with molten metal. We strive to enhance the life not only of machine components, but of our employees, customers, and vendors as well.

We are a family-owned and family-oriented company, and we live by four core values: camaraderie, gratitude, willingness to change, and high expectations. Benefits start on your first day, our company gatherings include a family float trip, and our Care Team provides support and benevolence for our team and their families.
