Equipment on the floor:
- CNC vertical mill — 3-axis, 40” × 26” × 25”, up to 4,000 lbs.
- CNC lathe — 22" diameter × 52" between centers.
- Manual lathe — 36" diameter × 240" between centers.
- Cylindrical grinding — up to 27" diameter × 120" between centers.
- Surface grinding — 60” L × 12” W × 11” H.
Finishing and verification:
- Polishing and superfinishing to 1 Ra or better.
- Faro Arm for dimensional verification.
- Profilometer for surface-finish confirmation.
- Shop-wide weight capacity: 11,000 lbs.
From pre-coat machining to precision grinding, every step is completed in-house. We also offer complete part manufacturing, taking your project from raw material to finished component.
